CM technologies play an important role in various spheres of life from business to armed conflicts and terrorism combating. The truth of this statement was once again supported by a conference “War and Peace Problems” on 30th April 2010 in Prague which was organizes by an international research network «Inter-Disciplinary.Net». The panel “Communication management in information warfare: new risks and opportunities” hosted the specialists from ICSPSC. Evgeny Passhentsev, Director of ICSPSC, Head of Communication Management Centre at the Russian-German Graduate School of Management – the faculty of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of RF and Greg Simons, ICSPSC consultant, leading researcher at the National Centre for Crisis Management Research and Training (CRISMART, Stockholm, Sweden) chaired the panel.
